Accessories

Here you can find jewellery made by my brother Guido, but also belts, hats, books and other accessories.

Tiara Lilly

This tiara is a first try out. Lilly is made from aluminumwire. The back sides are tied to each other with a thread, which you can use to fit it to your own size. The wire is also flexible, this allows you to bend it and fit it to your own proportions. Better pictures will soon follow!

A little half tiara like this is for sale at approximately: €35,-

Trim Lovis

This is a trim, crocheted with cotton in two colours of brown. I use it as an ornamental trim, to finish edges with or as a pretty belt. Because it is made of cotton, nothing heavy can be hung on it, because cotton stretches naturally. This trim is crocheted by hand and is about 1.50 cm long and 8 cm wide. It's available in several colours (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white, brown, black, camouflage print green, or camouflage print brown). You can also combine any of the previously mentioned colours. It is also possible to order it in different sizes.

A band like this one is for sale at approximately: €15,-

Bracers Doran

These bracers have been crocheted from a brown cotton in camouflage print. Their length is 15 cm and they are meant to keep your arms warm. When your cold and you manage to heat up your arms, it becomes easier to stay warm. The bracers stretch a little and can be worn with clothing underneath. They are also nice to wear under stiff leather bracers.

A bracer like this goes for sale at approximately: €25,- per piece

FairyWings DragonFly

These wings have been made from flexible wire and voile. They are big wings that can be worn around the shoulders with two straps. In spite of their size, they are very lightweight. At the back there are stretches of fabric attached to make it prettier. The 'veins' have been attached to the fabric with golden dye and glitters.

Wings like these are for sale at approximately: €25,-

FairyWings Peacock

These wings are smaller then DragonFly and have been decorated with peacock feather. Just like DragonFly they are meant to be worn with two ribbons around the shoulders.

Wings like these are for sale at approximately: €20,-

Hood Synelphi

This hood I made to match the overcoat Synelphi, for a forest creature. The design comes from the middle ages, when it was worn to keep you head warm, or to shield it from the sun when you had to work in the field. Some hoods harking back to those times had a tip as long as this one, to be used as a shawl in winter. Synelphi is made of cotton. The shoulder pieces are made from four points decorated with feathers and beads. Also, to decorate it further white rabbit fur has been attached, together with fake ivy. This hood can only be washed by hand because of this!

A hood like this one (including decorations) is for sale at approximately: €40,-

Apron TichFammenie

This apron is made out of a cotton-polyester blend. The blend makes it dirt resistant and easy to use. It's made after the design of a regular apron and has a big bag up front, where you could put a recipe book, a couple of spoons or a jar of herbs. The closing ribbons are made in a contrasting colour blue and are both 80 cm long. The loop around the neck measures 25 cm and the apron itself is 100 cm long.

An apron like this one is for sale at approximately: €20,-

Spellbook

The book you can see in the picture is bound in leather, which has been fastened by rivets.
The spellbook does not have lines on the inside (this is an option however!) and it is closed through a screw connection in the front.
This spellbook is filled with all sorts of knowledge in the shape of an almanac and the pages have been burnt at the edges. The size of the book is A4.

A book like this spellbook is for sale at approximately €35,- +  €4,99 per page of text.

Bag Flora

Flora is a bag with two layers of linen that I decorated by embroidering a floral motiv on it by hand. The embroidering I did with a white cotton. On the back there is also a decoration. Flora is 40 cm x 25 cm big. The handles are about 30 cm long. Because it was made with two layers it's very sturdy.

A little bag like flora is for sale at approximately: €15,-

Bag Sopia

During LARP there isn't a lot of soap around. Through a dear friend of mine I was alerted to how nice it is to have some soap around to wash your hands with. I liked the idea so much that I bought some soap and made a little bag for it from a very supple bit of white leather. The leather has been sown shut and there is a little wood button with a leather strap that keeps it closed. For decorative purposes I attached a bit of fake ivy. The bags are sold including the soap. They are made from leftover bits of leather, so they will differ greatly in colour.

A bag like Sopia is for sale at approximately: €20,-
